Bruno is a partner of XP Inc. and CEO of XP Asset Management since 2020. Under Bruno’s leadership, XP Asset Management has focused on creating in-house products for XP, the largest wealth manager in Brazil with over 3.8 million clients and 186 billion USD equivalent in client assets. Prior to joining XP, Bruno spent 13 years at Itaú Asset Management in a variety of leadership and investment roles. Before Itau, Bruno was an associate at Mauá Capital, and held investment roles at Itaú and Banco Alfa. Bruno holds a master's degree in finance from Insper, a CGA certification, and a degree in Economics from UnB.
Fausto is a partner of XP Group and joined XP Asset Management in 2009. At XP AM, Fausto is responsible for all investments in fixed income and structured credit, as well as supporting strategic initiatives and investments for the firm. He began his career in 2003, working in the Back Office of Banco Pactual until 2005. Subsequently, he moved to Pactual Commodity Brokerage, covering rates and USD markets. In early 2007, he began working in the Fixed Income Proprietary Trading Desk, managing local and offshore cash positions as well as the international credit & rates trading area, where he remained until 2009. Fausto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFRJ.
Ben joined Polen Capital Credit in 2004. Ben is co-portfolio manager of the firm's U.S. Opportunistic High Yield strategy, portfolio manager of the Total Return Credit strategy, and assistant portfolio manager of the Bank Loan strategy. Ben serves as a member of the board of directors of a Polen Capital Credit portfolio company. Ben received a B.A. in History from Amherst College.
Beth joined Polen Capital Credit in 2006. Beth is a member of the High Yield team's Investment Review Committee. Prior to joining Polen Capital Credit, Beth was a Senior Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goodwin Procter, LLP and an Associate in the Corporate, Securities, and Finance Group of Pillsbury Winthrop, LLP. Beth has significant experience representing institutions in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Beth is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York bar associations. Beth received a B.A. in Government and English from Cornell University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
